Why the Circle
When clinicians support each other, the whole field gets stronger.
01 Built by a clinician
Every course, template, and article is written by Nicole, LSCSW, or a licensed peer, not a marketing team.
02 Business & clinical
The rare hub that treats your practice as both a craft and an actual business.
03 Community informed
New resources shaped by real questions from clinicians inside the Circle.
04 Ethics first
KSRB approved CE with a strong grounding in ethics, culture, and trauma informed practice.
Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Nicole.
I am an LSCSW specializing in ADHD, trauma, and anxiety. I am a mom and wife before anything else. The Clinical Circle grew out of the gap I kept noticing in our field: brilliant clinicians left to figure out the business, the ethics, and the burnout on their own. This is the resource I wish I had. It is here for you now.
What clinicians are saying.
“I highly recommend her to anyone looking for guidance in building or growing a private practice. She is very knowledgeable, takes the time to answer questions, provides practical advice, and genuinely wants to see others succeed.”
-Cheyenne L.
Private Practice Clinician
“Nicole is passionate about empowering clinicians to practice independently, making you feel it is not as daunting as you think. I still go to her when I have a question about insurance claims.”
-Samantha R.
Private Practice Clinician
“The material was immediately applicable to my practice. I left with concrete strategies, renewed confidence, and a better understanding of how meaningful professional connections naturally support referrals and client trust. Highly recommended for both newer and experienced therapists.”
-Michelle R.
